From an early age, Dr. Mark Gasparini knew he wanted to go into the medical field in order to help others.

After completing his undergraduate studies at Fairfield University (Fairfield, CT) with a B.S. in Biology, Dr. Gasparini earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine (New York, NY). Dr. Gasparini completed his residency training—both podiatric surgery and medicine residencies—at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center at Northport, NY.

Dr. Gasparini is committed to maintaining the highest level of credentials and staying informed about the latest trends in podiatry so he can offer the best possible care for his patients. He is board-certified by the American Academy of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry, certified in wound healing by the Council for Medical Education and Testing (CMET), and also certified in Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment.

He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), New York State Podiatric Medical Association (NYSPMA), Fraternal Association of Podiatrists of America (FAPA), and the American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management (AAPPM). He is affiliated with North Shore University Hospital at Plainview and at Syosset, and also St. Joseph’s Hospital in Bethpage, NY.

Dr. Gasparini is married with two children and has strong roots in the Massapequa, NY area. He spends as much free time as possible with his family, and they participate in many activities together—including cycling, tennis, swimming, skiing, and going for scenic drives. He is an avid soccer fan, loves to grill, and greatly enjoys supporting his children in all their athletic, academic, and creative endeavors.

At the end of the day, Dr. Gasparini receives a tremendous amount of satisfaction from knowing that he was able to relieve his patient’s pain
